Claiming a Profile
Users can claim a Shadow Profile to view balances and log transactions.
The Invite Code
Every Shadow Profile automatically generates a unique 6-character Invite Code. This code acts as a secure key to bind your new user account to the existing financial data your band has been tracking for you.
Admins: Long press on the member name in the roster on the Manage Members screen in the Band Settings to copy the invite code.
How to Claim Your Profile
- Open the app and create a new user account using your email address.
- On the welcome screen, select Join Existing Band.
- Enter the 6-character Invite Code provided by your Admin.

Once you enter the invite code, your new user account is permanently bound to the Shadow Profile. You will instantly inherit all past transactions, debts, and credits associated with that profile, and your Admin will no longer need to track your finances on your behalf.
